It is rare to encounter a feeling of open space inside a home in the centre of a crowded city such as London, but that is exactly what was created here. Materials were key to the feeling of calm in this house, and simple white lacquer furniture is elevated by the use of exotic White Labradorite stone surfaces. The Inca and Gandhara ranges of furniture were chosen for their clean lines and barely visible worktop edge detail, which all add to the lightness of what is actually a substantial piece of furniture.
